Basic things to know about pull lists:
- You can add comics, magazines, graphic novels, and manga to your pull list.
- When you add a title to your pull list, we will continue to order it for you until you cancel it.
- To receive a discount you must pick up your books a minimum of once per month. Larger accounts may be required to pick up more frequently.
- If comics are not picked up for 30 days, you will receive a call and/or email from us. If we don’t hear back, we will put your account on hold until the books are picked up.
- We place orders two months in advance, so please let us know if you want to add or drop titles as early as you can so we can be sure to adjust our orders in time.
- We generally carry over orders for series that are restarting (i.e. if the current Superman series ends and a new Superman series replaces it, you will automatically be signed up for the new series). If you don’t want the new series, let us know in advance or you can drop it at anytime afterward.
